Delivery Charges

 
UK Orders

• Orders under 2 kg are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
• Orders over 2kg are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
• We reserve the right to use the delivery service that we feel is the most appropriate.
• We aim to deliver goods within 5 working days, sometimes items can be delayed in transit which is beyond our control.
• Prices include VAT at 20% (this includes First Class Mail).

UK - Mainland
Orders less than 1.5kg will normally be dispatched by First Class Mail (price shown in cart).
Orders from 1.5kg to 20kg will normally be dispatched via a courier service (next working day).
Orders over 20kg may be shipped as two or more parcels (price shown in cart).

UK – Highlands & Islands
Orders less than1.5kg will normally be dispatched by First Class Mail (price shown in cart).
Orders from 1.5kg to 20kg will normally be dispatched via a courier service (1 to 4 days).
Orders over 20kg may be shipped as two or more parcels (price shown in cart).

UK – Northern Island
Orders less than 1.5kg will normally be dispatched by First Class Mail (price shown in cart).
Orders from 1.5kg to 20kg will normally be dispatched via a 48 hour courier service
Orders over 20kg may be shipped as two or more parcels (price shown in cart).

International Orders
Orders upto 2kg will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (price shown in cart).
Orders over 2kg will normally be dispatched by Courier (3 to 6 working days after collection if the order is not delayed by customs).
Orders over 2kg may be shipped as two or more parcels (price shown in cart).

*Royal Mail Airmail. The delivery aim for this service is 3 to 10 working days after collection but your order may be delayed by customs which is beyond are control.


*Orders from outside the UK will have the VAT deducted when they select their country (shown in cart).
*Non UK customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
